After submitting the estimate to the insurance company, the insurance company review & agree cost of repair or determine the vehicle beyond economical repair. Agreed repairs will begin, vehicle will be disassembled - broken & damaged parts taken off etc. When ordering parts for a vehicle been repaired such as body panels etc, they are all ordered through motor manufacture process for the genuine part. Body repairs are carried out, any metal panels or structural panels if required are installed, aligned and welded in place. When the vehicle repairs are finished, the vehicle has to be clean down ready for primer under coat. Primed and sealed to insure good adhesion. Re-spraying the vehicle for the final two layers. First layer is water base coating and the second is high solid coating of lacquer. The vehicle is re -painted and now has to be assembled. Air condition recharge, vehicle reset, etc. Vehicle check are done, the vehicle is now ready for detail clean & polish, buff, valet.
